There is no escape from sound waves wherever we go. We experience them as the music we dance to, the "ding" on the toaster that lets us know our morning toast is ready, and the mind-numbing honking of cars in a traffic jam. But what if we could learn tools to realign our relationship with sound, receive it as medicine to ground us, connect with each other and relieve stress? In this workshop, we will explore the magic of frequencies, the alphabet of tonalities, co-create harmonic soundscapes and develop techniques to tune out of the noise and tune into the unity.
